I USED THE SEARCH ENGINE BING, TYPING IN THE INNOVAGE PHONE AND THE PAGE THAT CAME UP HAD A REFERENCE TO A MANUAL. IT WAS ACTUALLY FROM SUPPORT FROM FIX YA. THANKS FOR YOUR CONCERN.

I hope you are not falling for the Nigerian Scam...If you added up all the money the Nigerian scammers said they would send you for a nominal fee, you would easily pay off the national debt! Read up on "Nigerian scam" on Google.

Do you have cable for your phone service? I had the same problem, called the cable company and they switched the cable box in my house. Problem solved.

Press the Flash key you will have a least 15 tones to decide from.

Press SET. Press UP to select Set 8 Speech. Press Set again to confirm. Screen will show default setting SPEECH ON. press Up or DOWN to select ON/OFF. Press SET to confirm newetting

What, exactly, is not working? Have you programmed it? Are you plugging your phone cord into the correct port?

I think it may be programming problems. What exactly is the problem?

Take it back to the store where you bought it with the receipt.

What help do you need?

See #11 in the manual...try turning the spy prevention off.

Try replacing the telephone cord between your handset and phone base cradle or swap the plugs around between your handset and base.

# 1: Ensure that it is not in the hands free mode. You can check by seeing that a year is at the bottom of the lcd screen...eg 2009

# 2: Press delete key to show lcd is in normal view.

# 3: Press set/save to enter the setting mode.

# 4: Use up/down to change what you want to set..eg Date, lcd brightness...ect.

# 5; When you find the function that you want, press set/save again and enter the date (or whatever you are working on) using the up/down keys. Note: up/down keys will alter whatever field is blinking. To tab to the next field, press set/save.

# 6: Press delete when you are finished to return to normal screen.

PRess set/save "set 1 date" will appear on the lcd screen,
2. press set/save again to confirm
3. the year e.g 2003 will blink press UP or Down to adjust the value.
4. Press Set/Save to confirm
5. Then it wil taoggle to moth, repeat the above steps
to change month, then it will toggle to day and time, ect
press set/save to save
then press delete to exit

hi as far as i can remember you hold down the * (star) button for 2 seconds then this lets you pick either setting.

If you CLICK HERE you will be taken to a site that has the manual in pdf format witch you can look at or print off to keep for future reference
