Your first option is to check the basics. Remove the holder and look at it closely. Check all of the CDs are seated correctly. Examine the holder itself for any dirt or lint in the runner rails. Also check it for physical damage.
Next examine the hole you fit it into. You might need a flashlight. Again check for dirt, lint and physical damage. Those units are usually quite simple in the way they are built so if this doesn't work get an audio specialist to check it over.
