Generally, you can visit a jeweler and get as many as you want. However for answering this question, I assume that you are asking about setting the number of rings that an incoming phone call is allowed, before it switches to voicemail. it will depend on the voicemail setting options of your phone provider, or if you are using a hardware message system, the particular make and model of phone or answering system.

Please understand that you are talking to regular people who offer advice, not to the company that made your thing. Contact the seller of your item directly for support. Or get a support email or website. Expecting a callback same day may be a bit optimistic.

If you plug in a normal, non-wireless phone to your phone jack, do you get the same result?

Hard to know what to suggest unless you tell us the type of phone, the make and model, and what phone service you are hooked up to (normal Telco, IP Based Telco, cell, homemade IP based like MagicJack or other)

As a wild guess, the batteries in your phone may have failed.

I found a manual for the Binatone SPEAKEASY 5, at https://www.manualslib.com/download/16048/Binatone-Speakeasy-5.html
But I couldn't find a manual for the Binatone SPEAKEASY 7 = Dick Smith F4536 (the Binatone website no longer works)
But it didn't solve my problem, which was that the phone was using pulse dialing, not DTMF. But on a BT Community page https://community.bt.com/t5/Archive-Staging/Pulse-Tone/td-p/149435 the last answer said to press a button and hold it for a few seconds. By trial and error I found that holding down the Mute button (when not on a call) switched to Tone (DTMF) dialing.

Do you mean the Panasonic KX-TGA470 handset? The KX-TGA470 handset is the included handset for several models of Panasonic cordless phone systems, including the KX-TG7732. When the ringer is off, the handset should show a bell with a line through it. To adjust the ring volume, press Menu on that handset when the phone is in standby. (The base and handsets are not in use.) After pressing the Menu button, type # 1 6 0. (Alternatively, use the arrow keys to navigate to Initial Settings and press the soft key for Select. Navigate to Ringer Settings and press Select again. Go to Ringer Volume Handset and press Select once more.) Use the arrow keys to select a value between 0 and 7. 0 will keep the ringer disabled. Press the soft key for Save. Press Off to exit the menu.

You can also adjust the ringer volume on that handset by pressing the Volume Up key while the phone is ringing at the base and other handsets. You can adjust the base ringer volume by pressing the + or - keys when the phone is ringing. Alternatively, press Menu # * 1 6 0 from any handset. Note: this phone system also has a silent mode. Press Menu # 2 3 8 to enable or disable the feature. When this is enabled, the handset will show an icon with several Z's.

You can find the manual on the phone system page: https://shop.panasonic.com/support-only/KX-TG7732S.html . The current link to the manual is ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/telephone/om/kx-tg7731_mul_om.pdf . See pages 23 and 35 for the ringer volume adjustment. See pages 35 and 40 for information on the silent mode.

I hope this helps.
