When you installed the printer, did you change your network password? Make sure your WiFi password or passcode has not been changed. If you the phone is trying to sign in to WiFi with your printer passcode, it will not.

If your unit is out of warranty HP will not do squat for you since they will only provide assistance during warranty period. They will refer you to a forum and/or suggest you get another device - an HP of course. They suck big time.

click on computer and see in the list for the c drive what is there if you see aviation set up .exe click on that and a tag that says run , click on run It it is not there, click on the start icon (bottom lh task bar) and in the search bar under the programs section, type in --aviation if it is on the computer it be revealed in the drive and file /folder where it is click on it and click on open or run
