Your best option is to either approach Hotpoint directly or go to a good appliance supplier/repairer and ask if they can order you one.

F-12 is a drain problem.

Check if the drain hose is free, if cycle stops and gives you f12 without draining the water, there is a problem with the drain system.

The Hotpoint should have a removable paner at the back on the lower side. The panel gives access to the pump. If cleaning the drain hose does not solve the problem, the pump must be removed and cleaned or replaced.The repair should be done by a technician.

Yes there is a filter.
Remove lower rear panel of washer.
Remove large black hose onto bottom of drum.
Remove and clean filter inside hose.
Remove hose on to pump, check for obstruction or blockage here, and look inside the pump as well.

Fixed this problem now. It was the door switch. For some reason maybe through slamming the door. The door switch had dislodged itself from it's locating hole. After bypassing the switch with a paper clip and then removing and checking the switch by hand it was found to be in full working order. Once this was re-installed the dryer worked fine. Hope this helps anyone else with the same problem.

That sounds like the inlet valve has failed in the closed position. If you see some water coming into the washer initially, then one of two inlet valves is not working. Depending on the washer, you may have to replace the entire inlet valve assembly. Most washers have a pressure switch or flow sensor that detects if the expected amount of water has reached the tub. If the flow isn't there, then the washer will stop. (If water goes into the washer and then gets pumped out, check the position of the drain hose. The end has to be above the highest water level in the washer.) If you add a comment with the model number, I may be able to find the parts list for your washer. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

The fuse should be located on an input line filter board INSIDE the microwave. You will need to unplug and remove the outside case to get to it. Simply follow where the power cord comes in and you should see a fuse mounted on a small circuit board somewhere. This is the line filter. The fuse should be a 20 amp appliance fuse that you can purchase at any hardware store. DO NOT attempt to re-energize the oven with the cover removed. There are dangerous voltages present in the high voltage circuit (about 13,000 - 14,000 VAC). Put the outside case back on before trying an op test. Let me know if this helps.

Could you please recheck for the model number. R134A is a reference to the coolant used in the freezer mechanism. Orange is often a reference to the 'Fast Freeze' function being turned On. Green is showing the freezer unit is at the correct temperature. Red is warning the freezer is Too warm. Some freezers are fitted with an 'Economy' function where the freezer can be run at a lower power level when not used regularly such as when on holiday.

remove the front kick strip, on the LHS you will notice a yellow tag. with the power on on the machine pull down twice gently on this tab. this should unlock the door.

if you now notice the drum is full of water its more than likely your filter is blocked and this is what caused the door not to open.
