Our Ademco 6160 PL3 alarm system keypad has an error message
It is located inside a tan colored metal box 12"wide by 15" tall and 4" deep; unless it is flush mounted, then only .5" deep. inside you will most likely find a 12 volt 4 or 5 or 7 amp hour battery. Note; the door may have a lock on it. I have found the key on top of the box, in the lock, and unlocked. The box could be located anywhere but, many times in closets, utility rooms, garages, crawl spaces, etc.

6150 is the type of keypad you have the alarm system itself. The 6150 works on a number of different Honeywell panels. You need to locate the main metal box and open it. There should be a white sticker on the board with the panel type. (Ex. v10,v20, Vista...)

The answer above is incorrect. If the back up battery was low it says, "bat" on the screen and that's it. Since the "11" is being displayed, zone #11 on your wireless system as a low battery.

Your current monitoring company would take information from you that is typically on the cell radio then upload it with any changes they need. Your new monitoring company should be able to help GL.
