Have a set of speakers home 120W/channel that very often let heard through them very annoying static. Have use others amplifiers: hasn't done one single change. Static seem to come from tweeters.

Static electricity could be causing the static . It's possible the way they were soldered together That's what I was told so I got sick of the static and gave my old ones away and got another set of speakers. They work fine. Was also told it could be the plug ins for my amp as well not being tight enough.

I have a Home + co mantle dab radio but no instruction book any clues on this ?

If they are still operational the maker's website might well have a free PDF of the manual.

High frequency annoying noise can be hearing in our home at night. What is cause of it, and how get to rid of it?

To find out if it is an electrical thing that is causing it, kill the power to your home when it appears. If it stops then you know it something electrical. Then turn the power back on and turn off appliances one at at time till you find the one that makes it go. If it's not affected by killing the power it could be pipes or some other appliance that is doing it.

How do I connect home theater system to proscan tv getting no sound

It rather depends on what connections you have on both the home theatre and TV. It's unlikely the TV will have RCA outputs for sound, has most makes of TV don't have them now. If the TV and System have optical sockets, then go for that. You will to switch on the settings on both devices to allow the optical lead to work.
