Look on the rear of the Health-o-meter Touch scale. Locate the selector lever to change the scale from kilograms (kgs.) to pounds (lbs.). Place the scale back onto a flat, hard surface.

Hello Dear

If you really want to loose your tummy, do the following easy exersise (if You are not asthamic) any one

1. Climb Stairs 10 to 15 times a day. Start with 5 times then increase it by 2 times daily that is
1st Day= 5 times
2nd day= 7 times
3rd Day= 9 times ..... and so on. till day 10. Increase it to 20 times a day and then stop increasing vut continueing your exercise. In 35 days You will feel the difference in your tummy.

2. Cycling: Lay down straight on your back with your hands under your head. And in air use your legs like you are cycling in air... Start this with 5 mins daily and proceed it to 20 mins daily.
It will take you a month and you will feel your tummy loose as faster as any other procedure or machine using exercise.

Switch is on the rear, not the bottom.

Place the scale in a dry environment for a few days. Forced air from a fan may assist drying if the pc board did not short out. If it did short out, the pc board would have to be replaced,if possible,otherwise the scale may not be repairable.

You need to reply with the brand and model if scale you own.

sorry to say this, but is it out of scale ?

Underneath the scale there should be a tiny hole marked R or RESET. Straighten a paperclip and press it into this hole for five seconds and that should do the trick. If not, try this again but with the batteries removed. Replace the batteries and switch on.
