This happens to several types of strollers especially when the strollers are folded frequently; A person with a short step or when walking slowly will encounter this problem less. If this happens too often secure the brake lever in the up position, cheapest way would be with "duct tape."

Hi just bought the same and spent over 2 hours trying to fix the back wheels on as they just kept falling off. Just discovered the diagram is wrong, insert cap c the other way round, it takes a bit of pushing but once on the black small cap d snaps shut keeping the wheels on. Hope this helps

Pins? I don't know your model but most stroller prams use Capped Starlocks if its a pin with a looped top and spits in two at the bottom it's a cotter or split pin. any hardware can help with those. Any thing else is a custom part and a problem.

These may be for the lifesaver car seat which also clips on to the pram frame using the adapters,. lost one of ours the other day ,headache trying to find replacements
