Picts saved in camera memory
Have you inserted a memory card? If you have it may only show what is on the card and not what is on the camera. You my need to take the memory card out, then it will display what is stored on the camera. (presuming you have a memory card in place!)

My Hanshing Cam cannot work
Recharge the clean the top and bottom of the batts and check they have not leaked.
Or get new ones.
Clean out the bottom of the battery compartment with the eraser on the end of a pencil. clean also the battery lid.
See what happens

Hanshing driver
i just bought the same camera and it wouldn't work with the cd either. i had to make sure that on the camera it was set to "pc" and that "mass storage" was selected before plugging the camera into my pc. hope this helps.

Hanshing cam 6 in 1
Try reseting to manufacturing settings and then suppose it will work ok. (don't forget this will erase any setting you made so make amark of it).

If using XP should not need software. The cam is seen as an external disk drive when coupled to the usb port.
Go to the "new" disk drive , open...and drag and drop in the usual way.

Memory Cardcog Not Recognized
the format of the card may not be recognised because either the terminals are in need of cleaning or the card needs to be formatted, this option should be in the camera settings or you can format it in a pc card reader.

HanShing Packet Cam 305 CD Needed
If your computer is Win ME/2000/XP/Vista
The CD is not needed to upload images
Windows will do it all by its self.

Selecting a driver for my camera
Which driver did you try to install?
Try this one;

Click halfway down where it says "treiber download" - sorry website is in German - the driver itself once downloaded is all in English.
