There should be set screw on bottom of handle it very small it's a Allen wrench set screw

yes there is, with a pair of slip joints you can tighten from underneath, it is above the supply line, the best thing to do is turn off the water, disconnect the supply line and tighten the nut, then reconnect the supply line and turn back on the water. Good Luck Tim

The water shut-off valve is leaking, thus not completely shutting off the water supply to the unit. Need to be repaired/replaced.

Larry, sounds like you may need a different set of shower valves installed.

Look to a small hole on the adjustment handle there should be a small Allen screw. Loosen the Allen screw set the handle to the desired position then tighten the Allen screw.
