Go to where you usually sign-in your account. Hit forgot password; reset password. enter user id and new password. When google ask do you want them to remember password for this site - hit yes.

All android devices have a FRP lock system.
once you sign in with a google account on the device for the first time of purchase the FRP lock is activated.
you have to use the same google account since the phone was reset or formatted.
I have a similar prob. Mine is between my cell & tablet. Because I have more then one Google email but believe only one Google Play acct. There is a game I cannot play on my tablet. I so want to cause want to delete to free up memory on my mobile phone near full memory now. Hope this was informative even if not too helpful.
