Some systems have a limit of 5 10 or 15, so read your manual to see where your cut off it and determine if the answer I just gave you has answered your question. If afterwards you have more input just ask thanks.
http://www.geovision.com.tw/contact_phone.php Call them. It depends where you are. For some reasons, they restrict usage of certain locations. I have seen this in South American countries. Geovision should be able to resolve this.
This PC has a ATI motherboard chipset, which is incompatible with GeoVision. GeoVision does not work with ATI or Via motherboard chipsets. ATI graphics cards are not an issue.

This has to be caused by either a setting in the camera or the light level. If this is not the case, you probably need to RMA the camera. This is not normal unless the aperature is set wrong.
No. None of the IP cameras require a capture card. Instead the included Geovision software can be used to record the video. That's the beauty of Geovision. Good software at no cost when you use their cameras.
It could be your internet streaming that is causing the issue. Too little bandwidth. You can also check the settings for your substream quality. Inside the DVR check the settings for the cameras.
Not exactly sure of the question but Geovision does allow for many 3rd party IP cameras to be connected. Check the Geovision website for a full compatibility list. I have personally worked with Hikvision and Vivotek with no issues. You will need to purchase and install a dongle. The dongle comes with software that you will need to install before using the USB dongle. The dongles come in 1, 2, 4, 8 & 16 camera capabilities. There is usually no cost difference to buy two 2 camera dongles or one 4 channel dongle. So get whatever you need. Just be aware that is will look odd having 4 USB sticks protruding from your NVR. There are also some internal dongle options that connect directly to the motherboard.
If you confirm this is the card and not the cameras, then you may have some bad ports. You may need a new card. It happened to me at a customer after a lightning strike. Although mine was 4 cameras (1-2-3-4). You can also verify that the cameras are activated on those channels. That would be the easy fix.
I would try uninstalling any bloat ware that came with the PC. Then use C Cleaner to clean registry. Remove or turn off any antivirus. I prefer to remove before installing the software. You may also simply want to reinstall a clean copy of plain W7 so that you don't leave any bloatware lingering. Also try combofix to clean the computer.
This is usually caused by logmein or some other similar program. You can restart Geovision and it goes away or you can try disabling logmein. The good thing is that the cameras are still recording properly even though live view looks like that.
You can access the manuals by going to the Geovision website and then finding your product. Then click on the download tab and download whichever manual you want. Here is the link to the 1120 card you asked about. http://www.geovision.com.tw/english/Prod_GV1120B.asp
Which logs? You can delete video files by simply reformatting the storage drives. You can go into the DVR in the C drive and delete error file logs and cms log files.
