is the door seal damaged
if no
clean the scale from the glass
where the door seal sits on the glass??
All four bolts broke
hope that the warranty is not run out if it has then maybe you will need to take it to the manufacturers

If its a front load, do you know about the clean out drain behind the lower front panel? Get ready with a bucket to catch all the water, lint, money and bobby pins coming at you. Under the door there is a panel, you will need a screw driver to get it off. Under that panel is a knob to unscrew a pull out.
