May be defective nebulizer, or may need diffuser reinstalled. Inside bottom of neb cup (unscrew top half) is small plastic piece (diffuser) that mounts directly over the hose connector (on outside) U can pull the plastic piece up to make sure its not too tight ,can come out-just push back on- or push down if too loose (poor air flow stream) If the diffuser is lost or broken you need a new nebulizer. If home care company wants to charge you more, tell them they gave you a defective nebulizer. Im a retired RRT

Very good Venetia,it's always better to go through the reviews of the plastic surgeons and youshould be aware about the procedure. There are plenty of plastic surgery review sites where you can get the reviews of these doctors.A friend of mine too wanted to do rhinoplasty and she went through this site and she selected Dr Sammy Sliwin and is very pleased with her nose job. Wikipedia says: An automated external defibrillator (AED) is a portable electronic device that automatically diagnoses the potentially life threatening cardiac arrhythmias of ventricular fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia in a patient,[1] and is able to treat them through defibrillation, the application of electrical therapy which stops the arrhythmia, allowing the heart to reestablish an effective rhythm.
With simple audio and visual commands, AEDs are designed to be simple to use for the layman, and the use of AEDs is taught in many first aid, first responder, and basic life support (BLS) level cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) classes.[2]

You need to provide more information.

When were they issued to you .. Date

What is the expiry date on the container

How were they stored ... as instructed on the packaging or in a more detrimental environment..

All these factors can affect shelf life

Your best action is to go and get a new prescription issued from your GP and get. a new issue of medication

How to turn off/shut down Medtronic Minimed 640G

Medtronic does not provide instructions how to turn off the Minimed 640G. Even when you take out the battery there is an internal battery that continues to cause the pump to beep.

The way to turn it off is to take out the battery, then press and hold the "back" button for a while until the red led light just beneath the back button stops flashing. Once it's shut down, you can turn it back on by pressing and holding the graph button (the button on the top right, just beneath the screen that has the little power symbol next to it). If the Medtronic logo appears, you have successfully restarted the pump.

Once it turns back on, you will have to put in the date and time and rewind the pump. You will also have to reconnect external devices such as the meter.

This helped me deal with an issue where the batteries kept draining.
