Unit not draining all the water after cycle
There appear to be some prior posts on this same issue with this model. I could not find any service manual. Prior posts talk about making sure the whole drain system is clear (including the air gap)...and about some flapper valves going bad that prevent backflow from the drain system.
GE DishWasher starts/drains, but no water pumped for cleaning
-You mean not completely pump out. After it's done Some water still inside right...?
-Mostly the breather cap is clogged or is locate little too low. Check it out and clean see what happen, and make sure it stay up right. not horizontal.
-Where is the breather cap..? Most installer install under the counter be hide the sink. 1 drain tube from the washer to it. And one from the breather to the sink or disposal. Possibly the line is clogged with food waste as well.
Good luck

Diswasher circuit connect problem
Sounds like you might have done something wrong or disturbed the control panel to the wiring......I don't think that there's any other answer.

GE GSD2230
Sounds like your control knob is broken or misaligned.....
take the knob off and check the shaft is not split...it should be "D"shaped and will only go on one way....if it has split you obviously have to purchase a new one.

My. GE dishwasher is showing E8 code. What does it mean?
means that the unit thinks the water coming into it isn't hot enough. It can be reset, but here is the way to avoid this problem. Run the hot water in the sink until it comes out hot. Then the unit shouldn't give this error.
All dishwashers require at least water of 140 degrees or higher
