First thing that you need to ensure is that there are no keys being pressed as the system tries to boot. Here are other things that you can try :
- Turn the computer off
- Disconnect Everything, including the AC adapter
- Remove the battery
- Press and hold down on the Power button for at least 10 seconds
- Return the battery in place and reconnect the AC power
- Power on the system
If this does not work, then there is a need to replace your keyboard and/or palmrest assembly. I'm including Fujitsu's support site in case there's a need for your perusal :

You COULD replace it yourself, but i would highly recommend you get a tech to do it for you. The reason i say this is because electronics repair is a tricky business, fraught with dangers on the micro- and nanoscopic level. Unless you are handy with a screwdriver and own a ESD (electro-static discharge) bracelet, get a tech to do it. As for replacement parts? try ebay. thats where i get all of my stuff.
My LifeBook P1120 operating system

My laptop is showing lock sign and not turning
That means that the computer will not boot without the proper password. If you set the password and forgot it, then you are pretty much hosed as it is nearly impossible to circumvent. Resetting the CMOS on the motherboard might help although frankly it is a very difficult thing to do on a laptop, and I cannot recommend doing it because it will most likely just get the laptop damaged. Of course if you didn't set it, just find the person that did and ask them for the password. Good luck!
How do i use recovery
When you boot your computer, start up your BIOS, then under the boot menu, make sure USB is listed as the 1st option.
To log into your BIOS, press the "Boot Option" key. It might be F1, F2 or Delete
