ice sticks sometimes its just slides around in bin tap bin once in awhile to have ice move about

it needs service, call for service. you have no tools to diagnose it ,right.(skills) so get it serviced. like 99% due for the same reasons.

Even though my door was closing fine it was beeping and saying "door ajar", so I first removed the switch. But that wasn't faulty and even with it out of the equation the beeping was there. I fiddled around some more but rather than rip everything apart, I popped out the electronics on the front and twisted off the little round black beeper in the circuit board. Now I don't have a working door alarm. But otherwise: problem solved! ;)

It sounds like your auger motor has an issue in my opinion. How i check them is: remove ice bin, open freezer door, hold door switch down, depress the freezer ice dispenser button on the door and see if the auger motor has the torque when it turns, if the motor has power and turns but cant turn w/ torque or has power and dosen't turn. you need a new auger motor. lmk if u need more help!

The reason these tips are not helpful is this: My power was out 9 hours from 4:15 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. this morning. This auger in my Frigidaire side-by-side froze up in the motor area once before. Took a service tech to remove it and put it under hot water which fixed it several years ago with power off 9 hours then. I took the ice bucket out, dumped the cubes, and cleaned it well. I cannot leave the freezer door open!! I'm going to try pushing the cube release, but it usually just hums. I would use my blow dryer, but the cord is too short to reach an outlet and not sure what extension cord to use to match the AWG of the dryer cord. It cost me $85 to have that tech here for 10 minutes and I'd like to fix this myself, free. Any ideas on how to manage my blower drying cord/extension cord issues? Thanks, Bettyj

Door is open but lock on the control panel won't do anything even if I close the door of my washer how to fix this can't wash clothes because the lock is displaying I tried everything

The icemaker might need to be lowered for the freezer then and the check the fill tube . If the fill tube looks frozen the water valve will need to be replaced. If it looks fine then the icemaker will need to be cycled to help determine what could be causing the issue with the ice dispencer.

Possibly a stuck micro-switch or depressed lever in the door unit.
