The clock display works on 120 volts but the burners and oven require 240 volts. I would check the breaker or the receptacle to see if they're bad.They may be supplying only 120 volts. One more less common problem could be the terminal block on the range where the power comes in. Very rarely they will melt. BE SURE TO UNPLUG THE RANGE if you have to check the terminal block. If the burners and oven light are working, then you have power coming in. It's most likely a defective EOC. If you haven't tried turning off the circuit breaker for 5-10 mins to reset any glitch associated with a surge or spike, do so. If this doesn't reset the control, the EOC will need to be replaced.

Sound like you make have a loose neutral on the cord where it attaches to the range or in the electrical receptacle where it plugs in, you can check the cord by pulling the range out, remove the small access cover to the cord connection area, after you have unplugged it and just tightened all the nuts to all connections on the cord. sounds like the clock assy. is bad part 316557206 heat usually is the cause of this part to fail,people use the self clean the oven gets up to 1000 degrees and damages the clock assy. or a large pot was on top of the stove and the heat damaged it but whatever the cause was you need to change out the clock assy. if the touch pad is black you can reuse it if it's white for some reason it doesn't peel off without damaging the overlay get a putty knife and a hair dryer,heat up the overlay and peel it off with the putty knife,go here to see the parts https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model-number/FGFLMC55ECA/1428/0124002.html it looks like this only comes with the black overlay because it doesn't show any other colors so you can order the overlay or peel it off and save some bucks,go to the sight,put your model number in,go to backguard and look at parts 20 and 20a this is what you need,first i would check all the wires going to the clock assy. to make sure there isn't a broken wire.good luck

Have you tried the Frigidaire web site. I did a quick search and they seem to have lots of information and user manuals available. Google is also a good place to search for manuals and other information for older appliances.

get a new oven,come on from 1976?you can't get parts for it anymore and why would you want to.
