Friedrich SS16L30 quietmaster AC. runs perfect, except...on low speed, which is the F1 setting, it doesn't run at all. I assume its fan motor or control board? How to isolate? Test points? Thx, Mike

Unit will not turn on.

Is power reaching the unit? Is it reaching terminals on compressor? If so, and compressor is not running, check the start relay/capacitor.. That could be it.
