What do I need to replace on hot water dispenser to stop water from flowing?

Try claiming on their 5 year warranty. It is probably a worn o-ring or a worn ceramic cartridge in there. If you phone them, they will tell you the part that has probably failed. This link shows parts for the HT-200, but shows the cartridges and o-rings. https://www.chicagofaucetshoppe.com/Franke-Little-Butler-Parts-s/11466.htm

Where can I get an inside the sink dish drainer in

Here https://www.amazon.co.uk/Franke-Kitchen-Drainer-Stainless-112-0050-236/dp/B00XVYTU12 you can get the Franke inside sink dish drainer but honestly speaking, it's good a right option and I would recommend you to go with over the sink dish drainer like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RQMPY7Y. Over the sink, ones are very reliable especially when you do dishwashing manually. However, choices are all yours.

I also have a Franke 200 series faucet and it's leaking where pullout spray attaches to supply tube after replacing washer....is it possible for sprayer hose to leak...its silver not just a nylon hose

Although I am unfamiliar with the name "Franke", I am more than familiar with this problem. I have had it too many times to count. I have discovered it takes an assortment of black rubber/plastic washers to fix this. I even have them in my tool box for this very problem. Not enough washers will cause a leak, too many and the hose will not ***** on. I have had to experiment with different washers to get the fix. God bless your efforts.

Use foam gasket on sink strainer along with plumber's putty?

Usually the gasket is not foam but black rubber. There may have been a piece of foam as packing to protect the stainless. You would apply the plumber's putty directly to the sink. Insert the strainer directly into the putty, compressing the putty. Under the sink, remove the excess putty that extruded through the opening. Apply the rubber gasket to the bottom of the sink, and then the nut (sometimes a "cup" and then the nut) .When the nut is tight, remove excess putty inside the sink. LEAKPROOF!

I would try E-bay. Might also look for a rebuild kit. A last resort: Take it apart clean all the parts and then reassemble. Good luck.

Franke Kitchen Spray Head Part

I have the same problem. By taking off both aerators, I can see that the rubber ring inside the spray head partially disintegrated. Little pieces of rubber even fell out. I can remove the spray head (it twists off; I used a pliers and rubber gloves) but I can't take it apart and even if I did, I don't know if I could replace the rubber ring.

Hi When I push down the

More than likely it's leaking from where the body meets the sink. U might need to pull it apart, clean it up, and re apply plumbers putty to the sink and re apply the body. If you are doing this I would recommend buying a new basket assembly from the hardwear store. Just makes more sence than re using the old one. That is enles it's new. Hope this helps

What is the difference between

If you need new sink strainer basket for disposal side of sink, you have to buy new disposal.

Each garbage disposal comes with its own strainer basket so that disposal can connect and seal.

First, the disposal strainer basket is installed, and then disposal lifts up and attaches from below.
A rubber gasket comes with new disposal.
Rubber gasket fits between disposal and strainer basket so that disposal seals correctly.

Photo below shows how disposal connects to strainer basket using steel connector ring under the sink.

Kitchen sink faucet will not

Hi,
IF you can get the top off of the center part and then get the spout pulled off without breaking it you may be able to get a new oring in there and some plumbers grease on it you MAY be able to save the faucet....
However till you go through all of that you will probably be better off to just replace the whole faucet

Your faucet has built up with mineral to the point where it will not turn....so you chances of getting it off are very slim....

We have a 1986 single-handle

Hello feleppa... Most faucets can be repaired. That said, if you can not figure out how to disassemble it you could consider removing the entire faucet and taking it to the hardware store. Most hardware stores are expert at repairing faucets, if the parts are still available.

That said, this faucet is 26 years old so getting parts may be a challenge. My advice to customers in this situation is to put the repair money toward a replacement, unless the faucet has sentimental value.

Thanks for choosing Fixya!
