Dashboard fuse location
If you don't have the owners manual that came with this vehicle when new (these manuals usually have the fuse box "map" in them), then the best thing to do is check every fuse. Even if it doesn't seem to have relation to the problem. My little car lost turn signals. Checked the fuses. Took it to shop. It was a fuse I didn't check because I thought it had no relation to problem. Car maker decided to have dash/turn signals on fuse marked "meter." Cost me 65.00 to find this out.

here it is, the red one. only check the transmission fluid level with the engine running, in park and on a level surface. the low level mark on the dipstick indicates the fluid level is one half quart low. do not over fill the transmission fluid or damage may occur

Fuel pump has no power
assuming that the fuel pump is electric. Check all electrical connections and if it still wont work then replace it...Now if it is a manual pump check to see what volume you need to make this pump operational good... If not getting the proper volume on it then, replace the pump all together.
