I am not sure if this is what you mean...

These are helpful links for when one opens Facebook and gets a BLANK PAGE with a url message that states

1) Maybe try this:
2) Or this:Go to FB via a mobile login works for some. Then after you review the login you can go back to the normal login via
Yet, this may be the issue as well...Check Facebook on Internet Explorer to see if it will reset normally. I have heard that if someone reported your posts that could lead to the blank page. And since Firefox and Chrome fail to run security checks on occasion, that could be why the page is totally blank.

Hope that will help you in some way. Have a good day.

This happened to my Fitbit, but it occurred because of putting it through the washing machine and the dryer. When I first took it off the shirt it was on, I couldn't get a response of any kind from the device no matter how long I held the button or put it on the docking base. I followed the Fitbit site instructions to put it in a cup of rice overnight. The next morning, I pressed the button and got nothing. Then I put it on the docking base and it flashed "Fitbit 4.14." Everywhere I looked online said this meant the device was damaged and would need replacement. My husband suggested I try to reset it while it was on the base, so I held the button down until, to our surprise, the battery symbol came up, which meant it was low on charge and was no charging. I let it charge for awhile, took it off the base, pressed the button, and amazingly I got my normal display and it rotated through all the options just as it should. There's no guarantee that this will work on every device, but try all of that before you give up. It just might work.
