The full light normally comes on when the tank is full. Emptying the tank and re-installing the tank should allow the system to reset. However, if the tank isn't pushed in all the way... the full switch and indicator light will be fooled into reporting a full condition. My suggestion is, first pull out the tank, look at the float and the tank full switch. Become familiar with these two items and confident that 1) the float is not stuck in the up position; 2) the tank full switch that the float is supposed to actuate will toggle (press your finger against it and let it return.) After this exercise make sure the tank is seated all the way in place. If your issue is mechanical, its easier to fix than if it's electrical, and if it is electronic... (just pray that it isn't).

on this model i suspect that bucket sensor is saying bucket is full if not true then adjust bucket sensor piviot

Most have a hose connection on the bucket,you might need to drill or cut out where hose goes on to let it drain through it.

check that the tank isn't full or the outlet hose is not blocked. Remove the filters and clean if required.

To what ever level your comfortable at. I let mine run in the basement all the time.

About 61 PSIG or 33 Degrees F. If you look at the gauge on your refrigeration manifold it will give you the numbers. What is Max, it changes with temperature and humidity and without very involved controls the absolute max will not be realized over the normal ambient operating range. Good Luck

If it is not full and there is power it is possible the sensor for the water is stuck or broken.

It sounds like the reservoir is tripping the switch, be sure it moves freely when the reservoir is installed.

Icing is normally caused by lack of air flow. Check the air filter and cleanliness of the coil. Look for obstructions in the fans path and even a dirty fan blade.
