The product arrived with an instruction manual. Although the software version on the installation CD was different from that referenced in the instructions, I was able to install and finally got the device to work as needed. The problem is that there are two programs on the installation CD and one (cassettemate) appears not to function, while the other (audacity) is what is needed. This is not indicated in the instructions that come with the device.Close cassette mate window and open audacity press play in the cassette player and press recording button in audacity program.

The radio code is a security feature that's meant to deter theft, and it's unique to each vehicle. If you've lost your code, you'll need to contact a Nissan dealership or service center and provide proof of ownership. They should be able to help you retrieve the code. Please do not attempt to use codes from the internet as incorrect attempts may lock your radio.

First thing to do is check to make sure that the batteries are properly charged.

Third, make sure that you are in the rear seat of the vehicle when listening to the sound. The IR transmitter only transmits to the rear seat, so you will not hear any sound if you are sitting in the front seats. This is a common problem that i see.

Lastly, make sure that the heapdhones you purchased are compatible with your 2006 2007 2008 2009 or 2010 Toyota Sienna. Remember that some older models require RF headphones, not IR headphones.
