I had the same problem and sold my stroller due to MANY things.Handlebar foam ripping, no 5 point harness on mine,heavy,awkward,wheels hit every isle shopping.It took up all my trunk space,looked old and dirty fast due to me having to put it on the ground to fold and lift it!! The car seat itself that when with it as a travel system had to have a rolled up towel behind it so babies head wouldn't flop forward. I cleaned it up at took the first 50.00 I could get for it after owning it a meer 5 months.....don't regret not having it, I'd rather carry my 22 lb baby than deal with it another day.

Go to the Evenflo Site. Hit PRODUCT SUPPORT and scroll to the bottom. In the middle you will see Product Instructions. Click it. Then put in your Model number and Date of Mfg.The page that opens is a parts order form but in the middle is a $0.00 charge PDF file of both the stroller and Car seat instructions. Pull the middle of the bottom up before locking the sides in place.

well then, if you bought it brand new then, you go back to the store and return it because, the one you bought might not have had it.

Nope still couldn't get it following the instructions....Finally figured it out. start with the 3 plastic rings fully assembled on the saucer. Then you need to pull the fabric over the top of the upper plastic ring and then feed the elastic through between the upper ring and the middle ring from the outside to the center through the 1/4 inch space and then attach the elastic bands to the hook point. The fabric needs to be surrounding the upper plastic ring such that your child will not rest against the plastic directly with their head. the plastic tabs are really only for reinforcement, even though they fit perfectly and snap right in the the middle ring (took me a while to get over that).

How do I instal it

the piece coming down from the top mount goes through the clip on the top back of the seat and part that would go around your waist goes through the bottom of the seat on the baby seat and thier is a locking **** on both parts .well their is on the baby seats i put in on the rental cars at the airport although i try not to install baby seats for customers in case one is inspired by a ambulance chaser blood leech if their is a accident.

Okay okay--do not do anything with the big pieces behind the babies back but the gold clips at the **** area..pop those out and shove that piece and the clip and the chest clip through the back of the strap hole--then reput the strap through the slot you wish then the gold pieces back through the bottom and of course pop the gold pieces back--again do not use the upper clips behind the back to do this :0)
