Euro Pro F1066 keeps heating up well beyond the set temp. I can set the temp for 350 and it will go well beyond that temp.

I would try setting it for 300 and watch where it goes. If it goes above 375 turn it off. If it does it may be possible to calabrate the thermostat. If not replace it. I do not know this unit.

Fryer wont power up

I HAVE A DEEP FRYER EURO # F 1068 WHICH HAS BEEN USED VERY SPARINGLY SINCE PURCHASED APPROX. 2 YEARS AGO. YESTERDAY I PLUGGED SAME IN AND THE ENTIRE HEATING UNIT FAILED COMPLETELY, DEADER THAN A DOORNAIL, DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY ?? CAN THIS UNIT BE REPLACED IF SO WHERE AND HOW DO I GET REPLACEMENT. Power cord

Should be able to find a replacement cord at local hardware store. Just make sure it is rated for more amps than your fryer pulls.

Need power cord for Ero

Welcome to FixYa.com! I'm the expert that chose your issue to fix.

Below is a link to the user's manual for your Euro-Pro product. As you will see, the parts breakdown does not show the detachable cord as a replaceable part, but I confirmed with their tech support line, that it is. In order to get any type of support, however, they require that you register first and provide them with specifics about the unit i.e. serial number, etc. I've been pretty creative in avoiding providing this information since I don't own any of the units that I am inquiring about and since they aready think that I have every Euro-Pro product ever made, I was unable to obtain the part number for you. Still, I will provide you with the contact number so you can call and get your power cord.
