check the wash pump maybe have a foreign object inside of it or check the pump motor for possible bearing problem.

Check the soloniod, this is very hard to replace, you should call appliance repair man.

Your dishwasher doesn't have a Thermal fuse. You state that you hear it humming, this is usually an indication that something is down inside the motor/pump unit or the bearings inside the motor have seized up. check the supply lines/filters valves.. blockage somewhere..

Could be pump and motor one of them not working.

You should be able to adjust the latch so that the door latches and you dont need to hold and push to make it work
