Go to settings then applications.

Go to settings,language and input,then language and change it.

Go to setting,call forwarding,and see if forward when busy is enabled or disabled.It should be disabled.

Try it on settings,back up and reset.

Go to settings,bask up and reset and settings reset.

You can try on your computer with your account.

Install sony pc companion on your computer connect your phone and follow the instruction.

Write yor email on google account and ask for help for your password.

Try with your computer with gmail account.

Go to settings,choose language and input,then language and you choose English.

Go to your camera and you will see the sign for video.
