Use the troubleshooting guide to fix the Epson printer offline Mac
Firstly, check your Mac OS version, if it is old or outdated then update it.
Ensure that the printer is turned on and plugged in, and there is no paper jam.
If your printer is connected to a USB hub, eliminate that connection and connect it directly to the computer.
After connecting your printer with a USB cable, open system preferences and then Printer and Scanner. Now click on the plus (+) button to add new printers.
If your printer does not appear in the window of your available printers, then check for updates from the Apple software update.
After completing all these steps above, click on the option "Use or Print Using" menu and select the "Select Printer Software" or "select driver" option. You will get a list of printers, locate your printer in the list and then click on Add button to add it as a default printer.
