I have a amd hd3200 integrated/onboard graphics. i tried to connect to my tv with hdmi to rca cable, didn't work, the tv does dark. Any Solution, please?

Pretty sure you need a converter "box" to convert RCA to HDMI or vice versa. This site "This HDMI to 5 RCA Component Cable cannot work and there is no such cable..." says that there is no such thing as an HDMI to RCA Cable and I believe them.

With which button do i reach safe mode

During the boot process you will press F8 to bring up the safe mode menu. You want to press F8 after the computer posts and just before the windows screen comes up. Also you cannot press F8 too many times so when in doubt just keep pressing F8 after you turn the computer on until the menu comes up. This is what you should see if you have successfully pressed F8. 0cd58368-a115-4858-a4e4-27cb57d569a2.jpg If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/benjamin_29adbb94bfb43281

Why CPU is Overheating / connectors not plugged right ?

Check if your fan is moving when you power on your computer. It probably isn't powered, try to search your motherboard map (I got one with all other manuals and safety instructions) and carefully try to connect all cables.
