Yes, normally if a watch stopped running it needs a new battery. Well, you can bring it to the nearest watch shop in your area.

FixYa do not sell anything. You have to visit your nearest watch repair shop and ask for help.

Any expert watchmaker who does crystal fitting can able to fix it.

Contact a local jeweler and see if they do restringing. Most will charge approx $10 per inch.

No manual, just this. You can however just search by the number of buttons, 2 , 4 or 4. They are all the same. Google 4 button chronograph watch manual
