The Element ELEFW328 is not a Smart TV. Thus it doesn't have any built-in network hardware (wired or wireless). You will need to add hardware to send the signal from your AirTV to your Element TV via one of the three HDMI ports. You could get the AirTV Play, AirTV Mini, Roku or other streaming box/stick. Set up this device to talk to your wi-fi and then the AirTV. Alternatively, you could try to mirror your Android or iOS AirTV display on your TV. If the device supports MHL (https://www.startech.com/en-us/faq/mhl-compliance) or Slimport, then you need the appropriate HDMI adapter/converter. Otherwise look at the ChromeCast or similar device to plug into your Element TV. I hope this helps. Cindy Wells

If your remote is unresponsive or responding intermittently, try the following: Open the battery cover and remove the batteries. Insert the batteries observing the proper orientation as indicated in the battery compartment. If there is no improvement after reseating the batteries, try replacing them. If still not working probably needs replacing!

The most common reason for a TV to display a blue screen with no picture is because the source device has not been set to the proper mode. ... I don't know and I doubt anyone can make more than a guess without rigorous testing. My own very limited experience of lightning-struck TV suggests, if the TV survived, a great many components will be weakened or made old before their time and are likely to underperform in all sorts of different ways which will be impossible to predict; even if you do get it repaired it is unlikely to be reliable or long-lived...
