You need to remove the top panel, laundry soap dispenser, the outer door boot and retainer and the front of the machine.
There is a wonderful tutorial on repair clinic if you search your model and the disassembly video. Then, you can bring up the specific operation in order to remove what I believe you are referring to as the coin catcher! If I am incorrect, you can still find what you need on the repair clinic website! Good luck!
Get a hand crank type drain snake, and continue to snake your drain till you pull out what is down deep in the drain. You will be surprised what else you will pull up from the drain. You can buy this tool for around $25.00. This will be a handy tool . Good Luck Friend.
The power supply is failing and needs to be replaced but first try the steps provided in the link below. Washing machine displays error message EHO EH0 If you need further help, reach me via phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/steven_a67ead41eb5fc62a
if you checked to make sure the cup is working and all you have to do is pull out the dispenser, add water,if it siphons the water from the cup then you might have a bad water valve, you can try to start the washer just on cold water,if it fills slowly and you can hear the water trickling in the valve is bad,now you have to see if it's the washer valve or house valve, shut off the house water supply, remove the hoses you can put a mark on one of the hoses and on the washer so you don't mix them up when you put them back on,now stick the hoses in a bucket and turn the water on,if it comes out strong you know it's the washer valve that's bad.so check the cup all it does is fill up and after it fills so much, the fluid goes up the tube in the cup and out into the other cup,if it does that then most likely the water isn't getting into the cup to do this.you can go here to see how it works, hope this helps you out and your dispenser might be different from this one but they all work the same way

just make sure the water passes through the tube in the cup
Check your drain hoses. All the way from the drain pipe of the house back all the way to the tub, including the pump. If it cannot drain {keeps on washing}, it will not spin. It will keep on trying to drain for extended periods.
According to the alarm code E58 is usually a washing machine with inverter and means problem with inverter board or motor or wiring between inverter-motor.
Could be:
E58 - Inverter is drawing too much current (> 4.5A).
Abnormal motor operation (overload).
Motor-inverter wiring faulty.
Motor faulty.
Inverter board faulty.
E57 - Inverter is drawing too much current (>15A)
Motor-inverter wiring faulty.
Inverter board faulty.
Motor faulty.

Usually family alarm code E3.... means problem with water level and could be:
Drain tube kinked/clogged/improperly positioned; Drain filter clogged/dirty; Water fill solenoid valve is faulty; Leaks from water circuit on pressure switch; Drain pump faulty; Water circuit on pressure switch; pressure switch; Wiring; main board.

Family alarm code E10 means difficulty in filling during wash phase or water leakage.
Could be:
E11 - Tap closed or water pressure too low; Drain tube improperly positioned; Water fill solenoid valve is faulty; Leaks from water circuit on pressure switch; Pressure switch faulty; Wiring faulty; PCB faulty.
E13 - Drain tube improperly positioned; Water pressure too low;
Water fill solenoid valve is faulty; Water circuit on pressure switch is leaking/clogged; Pressure switch faulty.

Exactly.
You can only check the connectors between main electronics and user interface. Sometimes due to vibration the connectors lose a good connection, otherwise main board(PCB) or user interface (PCB) is faulty. It is difficult to find out which of them is incorrect.
Only authorized service providers have a interface for connecting to the electronics of the washing machine.

There are two types of drive belt with different characteristics:
• rubber belts (black)
• plastic belts (yellow)
belt for example: 1280 J 81280 = this is the working length which is always shorter compare to length of 1280 mm depending of degree of elasticity (plastic or rubber).
J or H = shape of the drive belt
4,5,6,8 = number of teeth
So, if dimensions, shape and number of teeth are the same as the original belt, proceed as shown pictures below:
Always first place the belt on the motor pulley and then on the drum pulley and then turn the drum pulley (big) and belt clockwise firmly until the belt is seated.

Are you getting fault code E40? Certainly sounds like a door lock problem. Is the spring on the door catch strong enough to operate the door lock? sometime the plastic moulding that holds the door catch mechanism breaks if the door was forced open. Double check the connector on the new electronic door lock. If not his, may be electronic panel problem, or connections pulled of the board while you were fitting the new door lock.
