Apparently not.

This manual at the link shown may be for a different model than yours, but it describes a specially developed oil that is permanently sealed.

I have searched for a picture but was unable to find one featuring the soft open/close lid.
The only suggestion I have is to dismantle the kettle far enough to remove the lid and identify the problem.

I do not know the Cooks Electric Pressure Cooker. There is the Cook's Essential Digital Pressure Cooker. This model gives an E1 error when there is a broken circuit to the sensor. The manual recommends unplugging the unit and letting it cool. Then restarting the pressure cooker. Since you have the error when the unit is cool, the wiring is broken or the pressure transducer or thermisitor is damaged in the pressure cooker. See https://www.hippressurecooking.com/manuals/Cook/cooks_essentials_K36000_Manual_opt.pdf for this pressure cooker manual. Most likely you have broken wires between the control unit and the pressure and temperature sensors.

Based on the design of the unit, it could be that the wiring is broken between the outer pot and the control panel. If the wiring is damaged between the outer and inner pots, do not try to repair the wiring yourself.

If your pressure cooker is under warranty, I suggest you contact the manufacturer. Otherwise, it may be better for you to get a new unit rather than risk damaging the pressure cooker. Damaged pressure cookers can become dangerous.

Surprisingly, Amway is still in business. I am trying to post link but that feature on fixya seems broken. Look up amway fryer legs on search engine if this link doesn't work. I once got a set of beaters, for a vintage electric mixer, from a local second hand store so don't overlook that option. Be sure to check your wiring and insulation on this item to make sure it's electrically safe to use.

No, unfortunately for you, FIXYA does not sell skillets or parts.

Regards.

Hi.
If its the grey plastic ones that start when you invert them, have a look on the base. You will see 4 projections. Hold the shaker upright and use the 4 projections to unscrew the base. The battery housing will drop out as you unscrew the base.

Tip

An easy way to lift something heavy like a fridge or a dryer

slip small rubber inner tubes under the unit leaving the air filler out so you can use an electric air pump to fill the tires slowly and evenly

If you have no experience with re-wiring electrical appliances and if the cord is wired inside the grill you need to have a technician do it. Either take it to a small appliance repair shop or call an electrician to come to you. If it is a plug into the appliance cord, take the cord to a small appliance repair shop and see if they carry an appropriate replacement.
