Does the motor turn when power is applied across the terminals? Something is stopping the power to the motor. If the motor works, that is the problem.

Possible the recommended pressure is printed somewhere on the tires themselves but will be the maximum. The recommended tyre pressures are Front 25 psi and Rear 30 psi. The tyre pressure must not exceed 50 psi (psi = pounds per square inch).

The store you bought it from or any dealer who sells them should be able to tell you how to know or they'll be able to test both the battery and charger. If necessary, call the manufacturer directly. If the throttle is the type you plug into the controller ? three pin ? you need to verify the connection because if it is a common throttle type , you can buy a cheap one off eBay. Regards

How are the batteries wired? If they are wired series the system is 48V and adding 2 batteries won't be easy (need a DC to DC converter with enough capacity to be useful). If they are wired parallel then just keep adding in parallel. It is possible that the 4 batteries are wired as 2 pair of 2 in series for a 24V system. IN that case wire additional batteries in series then the PAIR in parallel with the 2 pair already in place.
