H45sb start but dont hammering
Or a 320825 CONNECTING ROD or worn striker / or second hammer this is a very high priority very critical peace because of its a 2 millimeter 2 short difference sometimes to measure it will not good reach each other because of the chicel. must can get an idle mode if there is no push and by Hitachi you never believe it it gets worn you should see the difference with new parts pos 12 until 25 (parts 24 and 18 are the high priority parts together) its not a good idea to service a hammer where gaskets seals or o-rings are not fully air-tight. then the o-rings are burning again in a very short time because the tool becomes inside dry and overheat if its starts leaking

Kango 900 hammer:\r\nDon't know how to greace the
Milwaukee K900K or the English Kango 900K Blue old or Red some younger handle it differs very much English Kango was using a thick brown grease in 2 chrome colored plastic bags . the Milwaukee K900K has a lubrication grease also not oil but be aware of the operating hours i f you have a K900K model from Brand Milwaukee tools replace also a service kit and the bearings on the armature is important also Its neccesary to protect you from damage
if you have a English Kango its hard and expensive to get a spare parts and most times the tools are worn in the front of the chisel stroke bolds do not get right close and the piston pins are worn it was a good tool about 20 years ago i have serviced much of them . but the first thing thats important that its air-tight in front of the chisel and everywhere thats having a mechanic/pneumatic duty
Milwaukee Services and fill k900k with (IMPORTANT) the right number

H45sb hitachi moter run but hammer and stop how can i fix it
If pos 22 980-707 is broken it does not function , also if pos 35 is broken 932-815 then also the motor drives but no hammer , also if pos 8 is not moving 987-705 because the lubrication is not good anymore if started leaking and if that happens the piece and all your o-rings will be worn by heating up because thefront ofyour hammer must be air tight all the way , a demolition hammer is made for lasting long hours but leaking although it is still so small its in a few hours inside becomes to hot for the seals o rings and lubrication and then there are Discussions for to get a Service Kit (H 45Sb) - ( 987-712 ) the hammer is to old for economic repair by others some parts are not anymore available, i know it where good hammers , but marketing technical changes in weight, more
more speed and less vibrations and for 7 years max parts in stock (not sometimes 15 years as before) and over that time its all discontinued demolition hammers are averaged of use of 6 years by normal usage.
Lubrication is not the problem but in front its must airtight otherwise
is bad for your arms and shoulders because its build for timing when its airtight.

Brand new and not jacking
if you push the chisel of the hammer on an object the battle piece must become free in the cilinder and must work or something is blocked or wrong intern as it will not work , or the wrong chisel was selled for your machine . remove the chisel and put a long big screwdriver and push it in the locking sleeve as far as possible there must something moved from 2 or about 4 cm depends on the volume of the machine but if nothing moves then go back to your dealerfor warranty.

Can not get braker bit out of dewolt hamer
Use a burner to make the work a little bit lighter but wear safety glasses by this job en een leather apron because of the hard metal pieces that can be come of the chisel sometimes if its an heavy machine unmount first the sleeve, from the machine if you have luck to find somebody with a bearing press can make it come loose , but if its handling a little demolition hammer replace the locking sleeve the drill guide is most times worn if you have used the right chisel for your machine.

I have a Hilti Jack Hammer and there is a red wrench light that is on now. The hammer still turns and works but what does it mean.
To service Hilti and Duss are 2 names of expensive professional brands with the highest quality metals and are most delicate brands in the world to service .with high marketing technical developments
The technic in these brands are like no other brand , if it has its working hours done , be aware to do this on your own without this
knowing that there may be a range of collaborating very special bearings present a coplete collaboration that must be replaced there are special poor-tolerance bearings it likes they where damaged if you feel this parts but its neccesary and very special calculated and the (Hilti )Turmopol oil is also very very expensive and sometimes there are ceramic rings used for the batte piece but in any case costs all a lot of money and its wasted in a very short time if not knowing how to service , if you want to take this yourself, these brands are not toys for Fixya and can harm more than it could happen if you are not aware of the cooperation of the various components in this machines and sometimes hidden tricks to it may be, for example, to release an armature that in a special seal is present which is not just available separately outside of the anchor.
So be warned, it does all depend on the model and year out, service on your own without the right tools can make more damage than you may expect
