Have to order a replacement and disassemble the device to replace. Not repairable on all units.

The song you are trying to play on the MP3 player is probably not MP3 , or it is a format that the MP3 player cannot read.

Return to the main menu, and select the settings icon , and then select the 3rd option from the top. At that point simply scroll through your options until you find the language you want. Each language is written in its respective characters
