to start with you are on fixya site next payment methods are listed on the seller site where you ordered the item and if money order is not listed then logically what would that mean---NO lastly when dealing with e-bay or any online ordering operation set up an account with paypal as then you have a secure payment method with guarantees on the purchase

Check your account info when you are logged onto Ebay, then check the spam filter on your email account and be sure that it is not stopping the mail.

take it up with e-bay The auctioning system is a bit "loose' in that the house bids against you just to raise the price, so ask the question , if you were notified as the highest bidder then why were you out bid and are you still responsible for the bid amount payment
