Durabrand Car Audio & Video - Popular Questions, Answers, Tips & Manuals
I need an owners manual for a durabrand pvs 1966 dvd player
They were sold through Walmart. Chances are you will not find one for such and old model. But, cannot be too hard to operate it as most cd players of the level of brand are simple to operate.
Also, try eBay for manual or replacement parts.

Try using a DVD cleaning disk in the player first. If this does not fix the problem. The chances are that the calibration is off and you will have to have it serviced at a repair center. How old is the unit, what is the model number and where are you located?
I was wondering if it
Hello,
Those RCA connectors on your stereo are preamp outputs not inputs. Take it out of your MP3 player or you are gonna ruin it. If you wish to listen to an MP3 player with this stereo the you will have to use a wireless FM transmitter.
https://www.myjupiterjack.com/?tid=3740&gclid=COKv-4n2nagCFYRa7Aod_T-wIQ You will put this item in the little jack on the top pf your MP3 player and on that little transmitter you will have 4 station selections to make sure you can find an empty one. You will turn the radio to the radio channel selection and your MP3 will come out of your deck on that frequency. You can use it for your cell as well. At 2 for $10 buck plus shipping it's a great deal. I use them myself.
Regards,
Tony
Will a namsung durabrand1200 fit
Yes it will fit. No special thing is needed. You have to do the wiring carefully. Connect the powersupply to ignition switched 12V power, not the direct 12V. Everything will be alright.
Need a face plate for my durabrand 1210
I would say you should consider trashing the cassette because no one rocks that anymore and go get a cd player from walmart for $70 or so..... sorry if seems rude but cassettes are out dated and a new cassette player is only like $50 at walmart

When I insert the DVD, wait and then says no disk,
You have a possible optical failure, try to clean the lens head with a soft pad delicately. try it out if this ddoes not solve then you dont have detection due to this failure. you need to replace with a similar type but has to be done carefully after desoldering the short in the new optical. You will need to use anti static soldering iron and with good care not to damage the part. Seek proffessional help if your are not familiar.
