We have car audio that requires code, do you know the options how to unlock it?
If your car audio system requires a code to unlock it, there are a few options you can try:
Check the user manual: The user manual for your car audio system may contain information on how to unlock it if a code is required. Look for a section on "security" or "anti-theft" features.
Contact the manufacturer: If you don't have the user manual or can't find the information you need, you can try contacting the manufacturer of the car audio system. They may be able to provide you with the code or instructions on how to unlock it.
Try common codes: Some car audio systems use a default code, such as 0000 or 1234. Try entering these codes to see if they work.
Reset the system: If none of the above options work, you may need to reset the car audio system. This will erase any saved settings and data, including the code. The process for resetting the system will vary depending on the make and model of your car and audio system. Check the user manual or contact the manufacturer for instructions.
Working on a Rock-Ola 488 Jukebox. Looking for a block diagram of power distribution
Unfortunately, I do not have access to specific diagrams for the Rock-Ola 488 Jukebox. However, a typical power distribution block diagram would show the power source, such as the power supply, and the different branches of distribution to various components. These could include the amplifier, control circuits, motors, and lighting.
In your case, since you only have the power supply and power amp, you could start by tracing the power wires from the power supply and identifying which wires connect to the power amp. Then, you can look for any other components in the jukebox that require power and trace their wiring to the power distribution network. This should give you a general idea of how power is distributed throughout the jukebox.
Proton D940 stereo receiver. What kind of CD player and cables do I need to hook it up to the car?
The Proton D940 stereo receiver features both analog and digital inputs, so you have a few options when it comes to connecting a CD player to the receiver.
For a digital connection, you will need a CD player with a digital output, such as a coaxial or optical output, and a digital cable to connect the two. Look for a CD player with a digital output labeled "coaxial" or "optical" and purchase a cable that matches the output on the CD player and the input on the receiver.
For an analog connection, you will need a CD player with analog outputs, such as RCA outputs, and an RCA cable to connect the two. Look for a CD player with an analog output labeled "RCA" and purchase an RCA cable with the appropriate connectors to match the CD player and the receiver.
Once you have the CD player and cables, connect the CD player to the Proton D940 stereo receiver using the appropriate input on the back of the receiver. If you are using a digital connection, select the appropriate digital input on the receiver using the input selector button on the front of the receiver. If you are using an analog connection, select the appropriate analog input using the same input selector button.
Cq-vd6505u Car DVD
You can try to hold the right round selector knob to the right for 10 seconds while unit is on asking for code input. That will work to unlock if the previous owner did not set the 4 digit code. Good Luck
How do I reset a TRP am/fm cd player. When i turn it on it says P55 2001
This is an old question but I recently had the same problem. The owners manual says to press and hold the band and preset 1 buttons simultaneously. This did not work for me. I removed the radio from the dash and pulled the fuse on the back of the radio. Replacing it after a few seconds reset the radio.
