Jewelers in a shopping mall often replace batteries cheaply, if there is one open near you. There are also mail in services to replace watch batteries that can be identified using an internet search such as https://www.google.com If you have the ability to open the watch without breaking it, you should be able to remove the battery and identify it yourself, and can buy it in a store or online.

I think it is a 337 battery, if you take to a place that sells the batteries usually they will replace for you and you just pay for new battery. Hope this helps!

Does the photo below look like the back of your watch? If yes, simply unscrew the four tiny screws and carefully lift the back plate off. Hi Niko, the face of the watch is usually accessed from the back by removing the back cover, mechanism and the winders. Some sprint bars need to be curved, get them in stainless steel. You need to know the MM size of the spring bar, yu may find that on the strap if its the original strap.
