Hi!!
Look in the back of the unit, most ovens have the conversion kit and instruction manual on them. If not, most hardware stores or appliance parts stores carry the kit.

Sorry to hear about your oven,
Are you in the GTA , If so call 905-501-8436 for a free quote
If you are elsewhere , how handy are you or a friend.
With the plug pulled, put a Ohmmeter across oven elements.
They should short out. That is good. if not replace element that didn't short out.
If both elements work then it is you thermistat, which is not to hard to replace

replace the gas safety valve thermocouple,it has a thin coil of copper colored tubing going from the safety gas valve into the pilot light flame and as the flame heats the copper tube end it keeps the gas valve open to supply gas to the unit,they get old from being in a flame and cant signal the gas valve to stay open any longer,they just unscrew out of the gas valve and the opposite end is positioned in the tip of the pilot flame to heat it
