It looks that doing descaleing has blocked some out let's try removing by thing and run som worm water to remove or open channels if not you have to go inside to refix

What do you use to clean the machine? White vinegar s a good cleaner for coffee machines. I suggest you place half vinigar and half water in machine and run it as usual- maybe a few times with the vinegar and water. Then place some baking soda with water to neutralize the vinegar.

Probably leaking from inside: leaking o-ring on one of the waterlines. Open up the machine and take a look.

Have you tried cleaning it by running a little vinegar solution through it!

ive been researching a solution for mine, the whole tank empties s water and fills resevoir under cup. however, ive come across ur solution and ill share it cuz i bet ur going as crazy as me trying to find out what to do. so my understanding is that the black square floater thingy tiggers a magnet (im assuming behind the plastic in the machine (so if the magnet could go threw walls it would go: the black floaty, clear plastic water tank, plastic housing main machine then the magnet).somehow ur magnet is dead. 2 solutions i read:1. recharge ur magnet. stick another mag. on there awhile ( there meaning the black floaty i guess)2. permently stick, glue, tape, what ever a magnet on the inside one . but this way ur machine will always think the tank is full.so just remember its not. this info is only what i read, it made sense to me so i thought id share it with ugood luck:) sorry cant remember the url

There will be a float in the tank, if it isn't floating then that will be the reason. Solution would be new tank or jam something plastic underneath it to trick the sensor. You will need to do a visual check in future. On the other hand if the float is floating then you will have a sensor problem which someone else will need to help you with.

The steam heater is probably not working. Check your manual to see if there is a fuse or reset switch for it. If that doesn't work, return the machine to where you got it for an exchange.

Try removing the beans from the hopper and use a vacuum to CLEAR/REMOVE any grounds and then adjust the grinder 4 clicks clockwise. If this works Re-adjust grinder to where you get nice crema.

You can try using all ready ground coffee by following the instructions in your manual (if you don't have a manual let me know) to test it.

I've gotten parts from and had good luck with ereplacementparts.com. Their diagram for the 3300 indicates that this is the water tube going from the pump to the generator: http://www.ereplacementparts.com/tube-23cm-long-p-695107.html It is less than $8. In my 4500 unit, all of the water tubes have similar connections though in different lengths. At 23cm, this one seems pretty long. Tube 23Cm Long

Try switching of machine. wait a minute and restart. see if that has helped to reset the software

Put back together, turn on the machine, then turn of the machine with the power button on the machine, then turn of the power point, should be back in place to push in both red buttons, enjoy your working machine and coffee, cant find an answer for my issue

Sure and the machine will reed out the new one no trouble
But why ??
