Dvd does not eject

There should be a pinhole on the CD/DVD tray. Straighten out a paper clip and insert into hole.

I don't know what cord connects a xps 600 computer to the internet

The internet jack fits in only the one jack available. If you have a modem card that jack will be to big to fit.

How to copy all driver installation software from my pc tower onto a 16gb usb drive and then plug usb into old laptop with new software

It doesn't work that way. The current driver software that you have installed will not work on another install. Your best bet is is to go Dell website and enter your service tag(serial number) of your computer and download drivers. http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04?c=&l=&s=bsd?c=us

Dell xps 600 will not display any picture at all,

sounds like youv'e covered all the possibles i would. could be the boot files got corrupted or the monitor is bad(have you checked it with another pc?) check the motherboard for swollen capacitors(those barrell looking objects randomly scattered over board. if the tops that have little crosses on them (+) are popping up/out unlike others, then your board needs replacement or new pc. cannot fix those. happened to a friend of mine. would not boot up to show windows.

either the on switch is broken, or if you get power lights on then it could be worse problems like your boot files are corrupted, graphics card damaged/failure, number of possibilities.

Dell VOSTRO 460 beeps during startup and will not startup.

many times if the fan over the cpu chip on the motherboard fails to run or blow, an beeping alarm will begin and PC will not start. the cpu has to be kept cool so if fan fails the startup is stopped. have found lose wire connections from fan to motherboard terminal, or power supply may be blown, try checking those first. if nothing lose then wiggle those wires to see if the fan starts.

Replace front usb

Replacing the stock mounted usb port, that would require you some screwing, but it depends on your system. You can try look at ebay for similar model of casing or other online store. There are some external Usb port that can be mounted on 5" bay, or try any 8 in 1 external.
