My dog not eating the food
I am sorry to hear this situation. Often times a dogs behavior can interfere with his or her ability to eat. Depending on the age of your pet, can, say a lot by which direction a concerned owner proceeds.

Can dogs eat cat food?
Dog can eatcat food once in a while without having any side effects. However, cat food ishigher in protein and fat than dog food, so if dogs eat it on a regular basisit can cause them nutritional imbalances.

I am not sure that exists. I have visited Consumer Reports, the American Kennel Association, PetMD, Wikipedia, Cornell University information, and a number of sites purporting to offer expert or consumer based information.
A dry dog food of 30% protein, fat content of 18% fat, a wide variety of nutritional ingredients such as omega, and an absence off food coloring is a good guide for what to check for a healthy dog. A puppy should have puppy food, a different balance. Dogs with health problems may require special diets; consult a vet.
Here are some dry foods you can look at in terms of what I listed above. (Bear in mind almost all vet schools receive money from pet food manufacturers.)

What should I do in order to make sure my dog house stays cool in the summer?
In order to keep your dog's house cool during hot summer days, consider to do the following:
- Place the dog house in the shade so it doesn't get too hot from the sun.
- Make sure that the house is ventilated so warm air can come out.
- If it gets really hot inside the house, you should put a fan to cool the house down or buy a small air conditioning unit made for dog houses.
- Place a cooling mat on the ground of the house. This will help the dog to cool down during the hot summer days.

It can. If you dog gets sick eating a canned food brand, you should try another. Consult with your veterinarian about this problem.
Not all canned dog food is made the same, and many can be too rich for toy breeds.

you can get special shampoos and medications to relieve the itch. check in with your vet as factors such as indoors/outdoors, hair type, grooming or even other health issues are factors that need to be taken into consideration. if its only one or tow point on the dog then topical treatment is best, ie. clip the hair in the area, apply gels/ointment to he area (provide by vet) and bath twice daily. other treatments are antiseptics such as chlorhexidine and benzoil peroxide or antimicrobials such as bacitracin and fusidic acid. Speak to your vet as they may prescribe an antibiotic for your dog to take orally to speed healing.
