with a tester current check if you have power in behind the stereo yellow wire and if hayn current in the red wire and if you ground if this is good some stereos have a button to reset them or just desconectael mains connector for a few minutes and connect it and if it does not have to replace your radio.

the ac compressor will cycle as the thermostat setting is reached as the temperature in the cabin reaches the set temperature or climate control temperature then the compressor will cycle on and off.

temp gauges work from a temperature sender unit which is different to a temperature sensor unit you probably change the wrong sender.

It may be the clutch bearing starting to fail, pressure applied to the bearing from the clutch fork puts pressure on the bearing, it could also be the clutch fingers on the clutch disc pressure plate

either your going the wrong way or the screw is bad but there should be two screws for adjusting head light
