Bad news. The Zen V Plus is known for screen problems - early warning signs include screen discoloration, lines on the screen or dimming. Eventually, the screen will go black.
Possible reasons include poorly-mounted screens, short life of OLED displays, and susceptibility of screens to damage from moisture.
Best bet for a replacement screen is buying a scrapped Zen V Plus on eBay. Here's a great guide to taking apart your Zen.

what is the name of the connector? i read somewhere that is a female db-9 but that is the serial port
Hello my problem is this I have a subwoofer t3100
some internal part damaged now allowing you to trigged the system or maybe a wire may have became loose thus not allowing it to power up
just you need a mechanic or can open and check your device it is easy . if any part broken you can use fevi quick to join it to work again

You can check the make/number of that product and contact the manufactures, they sometimes carry stocks.
There is no power supply passing into the device.
Get a multimeter and check its output voltage. it must give 11.5V AC as output. The current output in the multimeter must be 1.6 A .If it is not giving the output, your AC Adaptor has gone bad. there are 4 screws on the adaptor which you can open and inside you will find a single step down transformer. of rating 11.5V AC 111600mA(That is 1.6A) Aand 18.4VA rating. You can try to repair it at a transformer rewinding shop(IF HE DOES IT PROPERLY). or, try to get a new AC ADAPTOR OF THE SAME RATING.
