Hi, I have this player

Hi, If you have a lot of Mp3 files. You can use windows media player. It will work with Zen. Just make sure you don't have any viruses on your PC or zen or it will destroy the files and do damage to internal memory. Good luck.

Barely see screen

If the brightness is all the way down, simply turn it up. If not this indicates an issue with the device and you should take it to your local tech repair shop

Zen M

Hello, Akolcheva - Even rechargeable batteries eventually lose their ability to be recharged and need to be replaced. I suspect you need to purchase a replacement battery for your Zen M, install it, and charge it for use. I see there are several online sources for ordering Zen M replacement batteries. Also, since Zen M is a product of Creative, you may find better help by posting on the relevant product forum here: http://forums.creative.com/forumdisplay.php?f=3 . Note: If you are not already registered with the Creative Products forums, you can register for free. Then, you will need to log in to post your question. Best wishes.

I had sound with these

Try this......Down in the right corner, you should see a speaker icon. Right click that, and select Playback devices. Select your speakers from the list, set them as Default, and Click on Apply. If after that they still do not work, open Control Panel, click on Troubleshooting, and click on Audio devices. Go through that wizard.

The speakers work fine apart from the sub

Appears that the map powering the sub woofer is fubar. Those amps take a beating usually from being over driven. Transistors are not like tubes that will just reach a limit, distort, and stay there. You push a transistor and it will self destruct since it knows no limits ala evel knevil.

Hi, my left earpiece of my ep 630 plays softer

Might not be the head set. Try it with another device and see if the issue remains. Might be a problem with your original device

Hi, I have a Creative Zen

http://forums.creative.com/showthread.php?t=700611 The above thread contains a successful use of Creative with Windows 7, keep reading down the page. Other suggestions have been to try Vista drivers rather than XP. And there was the inevitable suggestion to use Windows XP mode on Windows 7 (but not all versions of W7 have XP mode.)

How can i hook up this up to a tv. i have audio

It depends what type of device you are trying to connect to the TV. Most modern TV's have no audio in or out, except for the use of projection TV, which are labelled component out. I can tell you that the Red plug is right audio, the white left audio and the Yellow is video. If that helps at all.

MY Zen can not be recognized by Windows

First check the connection lead is good. Any fault on that will make any item become "unknown". If you still have problem get Windows to search fr the drivers for it and install them with the disc provided with the Zen.

My speakers stopped working after they were unplugged etc

Try the BLUE jack, then the GREEN jack. You won't hurt anything if you guess wrong. BTW, are the sub and speakers powered up? Pilot light showing they're on? Some speakers are powered by a USB port - any loose USB cables laying around?

Tried turning it on. It says there is no music, but there is.

Maybe it's time for you to upgrade to a new mp3 player. I guess the regular one you have right now is probably old. If not old, try to see if you can get the manufacturer that owns the product to see if they can fix the issue. If they are not able to assist, then maybe you can troubleshoot it.

Broken mp3 player

Wow ... had a relatively "new" one, ... was cleaning house, & just couldn't keep so much STUFF, around the house. I bought it ... then, something else came out out, so quick, I never had the chance to even get into the unit, & the accessories I purchased w/it. Money was yet again, going out the door, supporting teckies.

It's all in the timing.

I'd suggest searching on google®, for resolutions,/fixes, then search, eBay®. You may find a part there, or,?instructions, AND, a possible part. Ebay® can be, useful, in different ways, ... , not just for bidding, buying, & selling.

Don't know if this helps at all, but, we've all been there, in different ways, different devices. Someone, will have a used one, they want to unload, especially if they've the time to check, if someone is in need of one.

Have a Creative Inspire T3000 2.1 with broken volume control, where can I get the part?

You would need to contact Creative customer support, but based on past experiences with this type of product they will want you to send it in for an exchange and won't sell the part, but give it a shot.
