It , doesn't have a fuse , it is a fusible link , just direct wire it .

you can use any other 220V / 110 V cable with compatible connector.... if you can't do it, I guess any good electrician can change that connector to another one, that is easy to buy anywhere...

there is a number on the heating element, the model of your toaster oven should be on the backside of the unit itself, armed with this info, you should be able to find a replacement element
